I like party pants... a lot. I also am a very practical person, so I want something that can be dressed up or down. If I can throw on a gold tee or a sequined shirt with a bottom and call it a party outfit, then it's going in my closet, if, and only if, I can also wear it with a dressed down tee and a pair of sneakers and run errands in it.
