Every once in a while you connect with someone who just makes you happy, and that has been the case with Jewels for Hope. We can’t say enough wonderful things about them. ? We first saw their name mentioned in connection with celebrity gift bags. That’s enough to catch your eye! Jewels for Hope creates jewelry that is gifted to celebrities at events like the Oscars, the MTV Awards, and the Golden Globes. It’s not every company who gets to put their goodies in the gift bags, so we knew this mother / daughter company had amazing products. With jewelry ranging in price from $20 to over $500, there really is something for everyone.

Plus, we are a sucker for another mother / daughter company! And, they were kind enough to chit-chat with us on Twitter… in the middle of awards season! But what really made us get all star-struck was that they give back. Jewels for Hope donates SO much to charity and have hand-picked causes that mean something to them and that we love, such as Lady Gaga’s Born this Way Foundation and Emily-Anne Rigal’s We Stop Hate. There is a story behind the passion for jewelry and the amazingly talented women of the company, and we know that beyond the exceptional jewelry and the amazing talent, their hearts are big and their intentions are pure. And who can resist two women out to do good by making beautiful jewelry? Not us.

    I love Sandy and Stevie’s jewelry but most of all they are wonderful ladies. I have two necklaces myself and I bought a gift for my daughter which she wears everyday. It has a crystal and pearl. If I were to win, my donation would be to St. Judes in the name of Christy Lynn Gaygahn, she was a class mate of mine in Tupelo, Miss., who passed away in 1969 at the age of 11 from luchemia , and in memory of my wonderful daddy who passed away from esophigial cancer in 2008.

    I have two little ones, so necklaces, bracelets and earrings have been off for a while—get one ripped off one time and you will stop wearing them. But, i always wear my wedding band, engagement ring and the ring my husband got me last year on our 8 year anniversary
