On Mardi Gras, thoughts turn to ? New Orleans, which is famous for its Cajun and Creole food, but do you know the difference between the two? Chocolate Lava Cake… a Taste Explosion

This is definitely one of my favorite recipes ever. I'm of the mindset that chocolate is the final section of the food pyramid, and this chocolate lava cake literally oozes it. The only way to eat chocolate lava cake is right out of the oven, when it is extra hot and gooey.
