I'm obsessing over leopard slip-ons. I've tried on a pair and they didn't fit quite right and now it's a scavenger hunt to find the perfect pair. And you'll be the first to know when I do, because I'll Instagram the winner the second I find them. Why am I obsessed with these? Well, besides the obvious adorableness, they combine my two favorite things: comfort and animal print. The Vans-ish retro-ish vibe will add a spring to anyone's step, but for those of us with a narrow foot (or in my case, heel only) I have a hard time fitting in slip-ons. But I'm persevering. Oh sure, a sock would solve the problem, but would kill the simplistic ease and purpose of a slip-on, as au naturel is a must for the beachy feel. I haven't tried Sam Edelman Becker style which are my favorites - but they are on my "to-order" list when vacation ends, but aren't these by Mother of Pearl gorgeous? Or maybe a simple pair by Steve Madden. Let me know if you've found a pair that run narrow… and I'll do the same. In the meantime, I'm planning some outfits, since the leopard and a bit of chunkiness will lend itself well to jeans of every color and will juxtapose nicely with some of the more feminine pieces in my closet. Who says cats aren't social?
